Week 7: Magical & Mythical Creatures
August 7 - 11, 1 - 4pm
Ages 6-8
$295/$280 MCC district residents
Do you love stories about dragons, fairies, unicorns, and other magical and mythical creatures? We will recreate some of these characters in our own imaginative masterpieces! Campers will use color pencils, markers, paint, beads, feathers, special papers, and other materials to construct 2D and 3D artworks starring our favorite characters, either from literature or entirely from our imaginations.
Campers should bring a snack and water each day. If attending a full day, campers should also bring lunch. Please no nuts.
Fridays will be gallery day! Please prepare to show up 15 minutes before pick-up to view the gallery show. Full-day campers: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the Afternoon session.
