Portrait and Figure Painting (ONLINE)--Jordan Xu

Classes will be held virtually through Zoom. Some drawing experience necessary. Come and learn figure painting in oils, acrylics or pastels from a live model. In this class you will gain the knowledge of basic painting concepts and techniques such as value, color temperature, composition and transition. You will be exposed to the different approaches to start a painting and the theories behind them. Step-by-step instructions will take you through the entire process of a painting. Short demos will be given by the instructor to show how to apply these concepts and techniques.  Instructor:Jordan Xu  Model fee included in the price.
